Here are the words to the wonderful song that Alvin sang at the Wave Conference this week.  He replaced the previously planned song in his set with this one, saying he felt there was someone in the house that night who really needed to hear the message of this song.  I can’t speak for anyone else who was there, but I know I needed to hear it. 

This simple lyric and Alvin’s sincerity and integrity spoke so powerfully to me.  I stood there with tears streaming down my face as he sang the verses and we all joined him on the chorus.  It was a powerful, moving moment.
